Volunteer Opportunities Through Monadnock United Way

Monadnock United Way (MUW) relies on volunteers. Hundreds of volunteers devote their time, energy and expertise each year enabling MUW to achieve results that make a real difference in our community.

MUW invites individuals and groups of all ages to volunteer! Whether you have an hour, an afternoon or lots of time to offer, we can connect you with quality experiences that improve lives. There are countless opportunities to get involved with MUW, its agency partners and other non-profits across the Monadnock region. Check out MUW’s new Volunteer Guide here to learn about volunteer opportunities, project ideas, event sponsorship opportunities and much more!

Volunteering through MUW just got easier!

  • Are you an individual looking for a volunteer opportunity? Fill out the Volunteer Interest Form to let us know!
  • Are you part of a group looking for a group volunteer project? Fill out the Group Volunteer Project Request Form (at least 3-4 weeks prior to desired date of service) to get started.
