Full-time Resource Development Director

Monadnock United Way (MUW) is seeking a proven fundraising professional to lead Resource Development during a time of transition from a Community Chest investment model to a United Way fundraising and investment model that brings community together to address our region’s most pressing needs. A primary focus is to diversify and expand our revenue streams, increase our visibility and to create new ways of engaging donors and partners. Our ideal candidate is an innovative and experienced senior fundraiser who thrives in a changing environment.

Full-time Campaign and Donor Relations Manager

Monadnock United Way (MUW) runs an annual campaign to fund initiatives within the Monadnock region that address social needs in the areas of education, income, children and basic needs.  We are seeking a professional, energetic individual for our Resource Development Department to oversee the campaign, manage donor stewardship and work with a team of equally driven, high energy individuals who are making a difference in the community. Our ideal candidate has strong inter-personal skills and is innovative, results-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and teams of volunteers simultaneously.  

Bachelor degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or other relevant field required. Work requires five years of progressive fundraising or related experience with a proven track record.  Successful individuals in related fields with experience building relationships with community and business leaders will also be considered. Experience with fundraising software preferred. Excellent organizational, written and oral communications skills for diverse audiences and demonstrated presentation abilities are essential.

Program Director – Impact Monadnock

Impact Monadnock is seeking a program director to lead a collective impact initiative that focuses on early childhood, with a goal of preparing children age 0-5 for academic, career, and life success. Successful candidates have a track record in community-building and possess strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with an ability to relate to a diverse group of individuals or organizations in an effective manner. Advocacy experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in education, social services, health or other related fields. Master’s degree and community and/or collective impact knowledge preferred.
